It reflects everything that makes us special – from our Mediterranean roots to our modern London spirit. It inspired us to channel the flavours of our travels abroad and our heritage into one dining experience. Many of the ingredients and dishes we cook with are shared across cultures and borders, which is part of what makes this food culture so rich and diverse. This is Amber. A place where all are welcome.

Supporting Street Child
For a seasoned traveller like founder Murat, poverty is something they’ve encountered all too often on their trips abroad. So from day one, a decision was made to help the best way they knew how – by making regular donations through our efforts at Amber.
Our chosen charity is Street Child, an organisation dedicated to preventing the education crisis gripping West Africa. With their help, vulnerable children are taken off the streets and put into a safe home and school – a cause we’re passionate about and proud to support.
